This Agreement has been signed between the following parties in accordance with the provisions and conditions stated below:

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance that they will be under the obligation to pay the order price and, if any, additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes, once they confirm the order subject to this contract.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth opposite them:
MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade,
LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
REGULATION: The Regulation on Distant Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188),
SERVICE: The subject of any kind of consumer transaction other than providing goods in return for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the framework of commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or in the name of the company offering goods,
BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from the goods for non-commercial or non-professional purposes but with a purpose,
SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: The real or legal person who requests the goods or services on the SELLER’s internet site,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This contract entered into between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: The tangible movable goods whose subject is the sale, and the software, sound, image, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environment.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement; It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the qualifications and sale price specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the website of the SELLER.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales price. Announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. The prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT The basic characteristics of the product (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER’s internet site. If there is a campaign for the product, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign. It is valid until the campaign date. 7.2. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales price. Announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. The prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. The sales price of the product or service, including all taxes, is shown below. Product features, quantity, price, and shipping fee are included in the shopping basket when ordering.
7.4. The shipping cost, which is the shipment cost of the product, will be paid by the BUYER.

GENERAL PROVISIONS 9.1. The BUYER, by accepting this Agreement, confirms, declares, and undertakes in advance that they have read and become informed about the basic qualities of the contract subject, the sale price, and the payment method, as well as the preliminary information about the delivery of the product, which are found on the SELLER’s website, electronically, and provided the necessary confirmation. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are accurate and complete about the address that must be given to the BUYER by the SELLER before the conclusion of the distance contracts, the basic features of the products ordered, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information.
9.2. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person or organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the time specified in the preliminary information on the website depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, which is accepted by the BUYER, in accordance with the relevant legislation, the maximum period of 30 days is essential. In the event that the product cannot be delivered to the BUYER within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
9.3. The SELLER shall deliver the product, which is the subject of the contract, in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and, if any, with the guarantee documents, user manuals, and instructions for use, in accordance with the requirements of the law, within the period prescribed in the Distance Contracts Regulation, which is the legal regulation.
